Job Summary

As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, delivering value through our IT Services solutions, and driving client satisfaction. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth client journey, successful service delivery, and ongoing client success, and repeat business. Key Responsibilities

* Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering value through our IT Services solutions.

• Technical Staff Liaison: Work closely with our technical experts to deliver our services and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Delivery Management: reputed company project status meetings and deliver associated reports, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Sales Support: Provide technical sales support through a consultative sales process, helping our clients align their IT initiatives with compliance frameworks.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

* U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Ability to learn to scope and price IT reputed company and IT Accessibility projects.
• Ability to learn proposal writing and proposal content contribution.
• Knowledge and experience in one or both of the following disciplines is a plus:
