As a Senior Consumer Insights Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our customer-centric approach by leading end-to-end research programs that inform marketing strategy, enhance brand engagement, and drive breakthrough customer experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Analytics, Product, and customer-facing teams, you'll deliver a 360-view of U.S. pet parents and arenaflex customers, guiding strategic, insight-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Independently manage and execute end-to-end research projects to build foundational consumer understanding for key categories and the arenaflex brand

• Operate arenaflex's DIY quantitative survey insights platform to deliver timely, cost-effective research reputed company with business needs
• Monitor consumer trends and competitive activity, translating findings into actionable insights to guide marketing and product development strategies
• Synthesize reputed company data into clear, compelling stories with strategic recommendations

• Partner with the Consumer Insights team to drive a culture of consumer curiosity, insight reputed company, and analytical thinking

Requirements:

* Highly motivated, self-starter with 8+ years of experience in managing end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research programs for major consumer, retailer, and/or tech brands
