Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company on an overnight shift. As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing department inbox. Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage department inbox
- Utilize strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with ticketing systems to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Be available to work overnight shifts, including Tuesday to Friday 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM CST and Saturday to Tuesday 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM CST
Requirements:
* An Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in customer support or client relations
- Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose iterative solutions clearly and concisely
Essential Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support software
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a customer support or client relations role
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer support or a reputed company field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
