Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish, you will be responsible for:

• Responding promptly and accurately to inquiries from reputed company worldwide regarding applications handled by the Department of Homeland reputed company (DHS) associated with re-entries, reputed company renewals, and travel/immigration matters.
