Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist - Dispatcher, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance appointments, maintaining our customer database, and performing daily outbound calls. You will also play a key role in routing technicians based reputed company and fostering a positive team atmosphere reputed company the reputed company team. Work Schedule

Our flexible work schedule allows you to balance your work and personal life. You will be required to work on-site at our Chantilly office on Wednesdays from reputed company-5PM with a 1-hour lunch break. For the remaining days of the week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), you will work remotely from home, also from reputed company-5PM with a 1-hour lunch break.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• 1+ year of previous call center experience
• Typing speed of approximately 70 words per minute
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work independently
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
• Accurate documentation skills using our customer database (Service Titan)

• High-speed internet
• A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
