Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries and issues reputed company to Internet Marketplace Customer Service reputed company email, phone, and other channels
  • Providing empathetic and professional support to customers, focusing on resolving issues on the first attempt

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail experience (call center experience a plus)
