Key Responsibilities
As a Service Desk Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch chat support to our clients in a fast-paced 24x7x365 environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective technical support to end-users reputed company live chat, ensuring high levels of reputed company resolution and customer satisfaction
- Utilizing a knowledge reputed company tool and expertise to resolve issues reputed company, while maintaining accurate documentation in a ticket tracking system

Requirements
