Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers
- Managing key accounts and serving as the reputed company of contact for clients
- Assisting clients with quotes, order processing, and order tracking
- Managing opportunities in reputed company and seeking up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
- Communicating effectively and timely with customers to answer questions and inquiries
- Serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments
- Working with the Sourcing and Project Management team to reputed company order fulfillment plans
- Providing ongoing support to the business development field team
Qualifications
* BS degree, preferably in science (Biology, Chemistry, Biological Science, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience in a client services position
- Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (a plus)
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Commitment to quality
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, organized, and reputed company to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work both independently and on a team in a collaborative environment
- Computer savvy and able to adapt quickly to new technologies
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, reputed company, and Word)
