Job Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and our technicians. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
* Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates
* Routing technicians based reputed company to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
* Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with reputed company members of the reputed company team
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Schedule and Work Environment
Our Customer Service Representatives/Dispatchers enjoy a flexible schedule, with the following arrangements:
* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break
* Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break (not on Wednesday)
To ensure a productive and comfortable work environment, we provide a laptop and cell phone. However, you'll need to provide:
* High-speed internet access
* A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous call center experience, with at least one year of experience in a similar position
* The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and work independently
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
* Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan)
