Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for consulting with individuals and families who have signed up for our supplemental benefits programs. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs, explain the available options, and help them select the best plan to fit their family's requirements. You'll work closely with our clients to establish and maintain relationships, provide reputed company customer service, and ensure that reputed company documentation is accurate and complete.

Key Responsibilities
