Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service. You will handle inbound customer service inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone and email while effectively recording communications accurately and consistently.
