Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Scheduling Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing our clients' appointments and schedules, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth scheduling process for those seeking mental and behavioral health services. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound calls and emails from individuals, their families, and/or referring providers seeking mental and behavioral health services
* Accurately scheduling appointments for clients with clinicians based on their needs and availability
* Providing detailed information about our services and answering any questions or concerns that clients or providers may have
