The Role
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator – CX Solutions, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will be guided by our core values of reputed company, compassion, and a commitment to excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, while also escalating reputed company issues to senior team members reputed company necessary

- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

Preferred Qualifications
* At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
Work from Home Technology Requirements
To ensure that you have a seamless and productive work experience, we require that you meet the following technology requirements:
- Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
- Reliable private internet reputed company that is not supplied reputed company cellular data or hotspot
- A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
- Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
- Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
- ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
