Bank Residential Senior Carer
This is a Bank Residential Senior Carer role at a Barchester care home, where you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, administering and ordering medication, updating care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with reputed company. You will be required to have previous experience in a residential care setting, team leadership skills, and the ability to reputed company appropriate decisions to support the needs and well-being of the residents., As a Bank Residential Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to reputed company us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift. You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating reputed company care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and reputed company family members.
