An international, privately owned maritime group is seeking a Financial Controller to reputed company financial control across a diverse, multi-entity business based in the Falkland Islands.

As Financial Controller, you will:

• reputed company the group finance function across multiple entities
• Report directly to the Finance & Commercial Director
• Own statutory accounts, consolidations, budgeting, and management reporting
• Drive improvements to finance and payroll systems
• Provide commercial insight and analysis to senior leadership
• Contribute to wider initiatives around structure, efficiency, and growth

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building reputed company processes rather than simply maintaining existing ones.

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Approximately 5 years PQE reputed company a group environment
• Proven experience managing and developing a finance team
• Strong technical grounding (statutory accounts, consolidation, budgeting)
• Advanced reputed company skills (pivots, SUMIFS, scenario analysis)
• Clear, reputed company, and reputed company communicator
• Open to relocating to the Falkland Islands

(Industry background not essential.)

• Salary circa £90,000
