What You'll Do

As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support reputed company chats and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
• Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through personalized interactions
• Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving reputed company improvement and excellence in customer support

What You Need to Succeed

To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

• Native French and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Analytical and research skills, with the ability to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide expert support
• A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty
• A personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
