Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative in a contractor role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with reputed company their needs

Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone status reputed company assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.
