Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve reputed company issues
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
