Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our members and healthcare providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls from members and healthcare providers in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate and timely information about healthcare services, including benefits, eligibility, and claims
• Assisting members with scheduling appointments and navigating healthcare systems, ensuring seamless coordination and communication
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, demonstrating reputed company and understanding
• Documenting reputed company customer interactions in a clear and concise manner, adhering to reputed company relevant policies and procedures
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to reputed company HIPAA regulations and guidelines, ensuring the protection of sensitive member information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare call center environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and healthcare providers
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Proficient in reputed company Office and other computer applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace, ensuring optimal focus and productivity

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of healthcare services and benefits

Schedule

This is a full-time, contract position, with a schedule of 8 hours per day, between the hours of 7am-9pm. In-office training may be required, and you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to Commute/Relocate

While this is a remote position, we prefer candidates who are able to commute or relocate to Harrisburg, PA 17110 before starting work.
