Responsibilities

As a Customer Support & Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Handle outbound follow-up calls on website form submissions and marketing leads to maximize conversion opportunities, ensuring that customers receive timely and relevant information about our services.
