Job Summary
We're seeking a highly reputed company and bilingual Medical Billing and Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, explaining reputed company medical bills, and working with patients to reputed company affordable payment plans. You'll also be responsible for accurately documenting reputed company calls and follow-reputed company in our software systems.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients over the phone, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Explain reputed company medical bills to patients, providing reputed company and understanding while ensuring they understand their financial obligations
- Work with patients to reputed company affordable payment plans, taking payments by phone and ensuring timely payment of medical bills
- Accurately document reputed company calls and follow-reputed company in our software systems, ensuring that reputed company patient interactions are properly recorded and tracked
- Collaborate with teammates to support and help fellow representatives, ensuring that reputed company is working together to reputed company our goals
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge, with supportive coaching and feedback from your manager and team leads
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest medical billing and customer service best practices
Requirements
* Must be a reputed company of Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, or Texas (arenaflex cannot hire candidates who reside reputed company of these states, regardless of remote opportunities)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Network speeds with a minimum of 50 mbps download and 15 upload (you can use www.speedtest.net to test this out)
- Call center experience preferred
- Demonstrated history of good retention
- Healthcare billing experience preferred
- Prior work from home experience preferred
- Basic technical savviness skills with the ability to learn multiple Electronic Medical Records, software programs, payment portals, and call programs in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages)
- Experience working in a medical billing or customer service environment
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Work Environment
* Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule (no weekends, evenings, or overtime)
- 15-minute a.m. break, 30-minute lunch break, and 15-minute p.m. break in schedule
- Fast-paced, high call volume environment with an average of 60-100 calls per day
- Virtually working with teammates, supporting and helping fellow reps
- Using the company-provided computer, log into our internal software program, the client system(s), and other tools such as reputed company Teams, reference materials, etc.
