Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our union members by providing them with accurate and timely information about their benefits. You'll work directly with clients who have requested benefits information, helping them understand their options and guiding them through the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients to provide them with accurate and timely information about their benefits
- Setting virtual appointments and conducting benefits presentations to educate clients about available programs and coverage options
- Completing applications and documentation with accuracy to ensure that clients receive the benefits they're eligible for
- Maintaining high-quality service standards and client records to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and support

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues

- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work in a digital environment to effectively use our systems and tools
