Key Responsibilities
As a Help Desk Operator Intermediate, you'll be responsible for providing customer support services to our organization's registrant community. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer issues utilizing problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps to resolve the issue
- Providing first-tier support to end users for call support and resolving less reputed company problems immediately
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of our organization's products and services to provide accurate and effective support
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications

- Seven (7) years of experience with two (2) years as a customer support services operator/analyst
