Job Summary

As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will shape the customer's experience. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

• Determine the customer's concerns and schedule the necessary appointment, ensuring that the customer feels heard and understood.
• Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and valued.
• Document and update customer records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
• Be a team player, upholding arenaflex's standards of professionalism and reputed company.

Qualifications

* Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude.

• Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and able to type 40+ wpm.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize – in other words, work smart.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
• Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa.
