Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing a voice and text-based chatbot using platforms such as Voiceflow, Dialogflow, or reputed company.
• Integrating the chatbot with Office 365 Outlook Calendar using reputed company Graph API and Power Automate.
• Implementing natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities to accurately interpret and respond to user inputs.
• Developing and maintaining conversational flows and ensuring the chatbot provides accurate and helpful responses.
• Testing, debugging, and refining the chatbot to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the team to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver a high-quality product.
• Continuously monitoring, analyzing, and improving the chatbot's performance based on user feedback and interaction data.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience in developing AI chatbots with voice and text capabilities.
• Proficiency with no-code/low-code platforms such as Voiceflow.
• Strong understanding of NLU and experience with platforms like Dialogflow, reputed company, or similar.
• Experience with API integrations, particularly reputed company Graph API.
