Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team, working remotely from South Africa. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving client and nurse queries, and providing timely responses to queries reputed company our texting platform. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Answer reputed company incoming calls and respond to client and nurse queries in a timely and compassionate manner.
