Job Summary

As a Mandarin-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and resolving reputed company customer inquiries. You will be responsible for providing accurate and empathetic support to patients, families, and reputed company, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities:
