Job Summary

As a Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and experiences. You will be responsible for responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to patients and families in a compassionate and empathetic manner. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will reputed company you to effectively communicate with patients, families, and reputed company in both English and Tagalog.

Key Responsibilities
