Position Overview

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat with professionalism. You will provide accurate information about products, services, and policies, troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. You will also collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and adhere to company policies and compliance standards.

Candidate Qualifications

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment.
