As a representative, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, conducting short, structured conversations to gather specific information, and entering responses directly into a secure, form-based system. Your primary goal will be to collect key information while maintaining a friendly, professional tone and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of reputed company data collected.
Key Responsibilities
