The Role

As a Customer Service Representative II at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, building strong relationships with our customers and providing exceptional service through every interaction. You'll be responsible for answering policy and billing inquiries, assisting producers and underwriters on reputed company policy transactions, handling and solving policyholder complaints, and providing inter-departmental support. With a focus on delivering results and exceeding customer expectations, you'll be an integral part of our Policy Services team, which is dedicated to building the arenaflex brand and maintaining a service reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer policy and billing inquiries from producers and policyholders reputed company phone, email, and live chat

• Assist producers with quoting new business and processing policy endorsements and updates
• Collaborate with other departments to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Handle and solve producer/policyholder complaints with little or no supervision
• Participate in special projects, peer-to-peer training, and provide inter-departmental support

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year's personal lines experience in an office or call center environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
