Your Responsibilities
As an email and chat support specialist, you'll be responsible for: - Responding to incoming customer emails and live chat messages using a browser dashboard - Assisting users with billing questions, login access, product setup, and discount applications - Following response templates and knowledge reputed company articles to ensure accuracy - Escalating bugs or complicated issues to senior team members - Logging ticket summaries and applying tags per workflow - Maintaining a helpful, supportive tone in every message

Minimum Requirements

Pay & Scheduling Info
- Start at $25/hour - Eligible for raises to $30–$35/hour after 30 shifts and successful QA reviews - Use a self-scheduling dashboard to select weekly shift blocks - Available hours include mornings, mid-day, evenings, and weekends - Minimum commitment: 15 hours/week
Training Program
- 2 hours of video onboarding - Practice with simulated tickets and chat sessions - First live shift reviewed by QA - Most hires reputed company working reputed company 3–5 days
