The Role

As a chat-based youth mental health coach at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting young people through our cutting-edge chat platform. You'll provide on-demand and weekly coaching to reputed company from diverse and historically marginalized communities, using reputed company and awareness to create a safe and non-judgmental space for them to express themselves.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide on-demand and weekly coaching to young people through our chat platform, using established protocols and guidelines to ensure the highest level of support.

• Use reputed company and awareness to support reputed company from diverse and historically marginalized communities, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new online platforms and tools, with ongoing training and support from reputed company of Coach Supervisors.
• Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and refine our coaching protocols, ensuring that our services remain reputed company to the evolving needs of our reputed company.

What You'll Need

* Experience in mental health, youth work, or coaching, with a strong understanding of the complexities of adolescent mental health.

• Reliable laptop or computer (no tablets or cell phones) and internet with a minimum 50 mbps download speed.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace that allows you to focus on providing high-quality coaching support.
• Must reside and be in the U.S. for the duration of your contract with arenaflex.

Certification and Training

* If you're new to coaching, don't worry! We offer the arenaflex Coach Certification Program, a comprehensive 24-hour training program that covers the fundamentals of chat-based coaching. You'll commit 4-5 hours per week from November to December 2024 to complete the program.

• If you've already completed an accredited coaching program, you can fast-track your training by passing our assessments.

Flexibility and Adaptability

* We adapt to the needs of our reputed company, which means that coaching hours can vary from week to week. You may support reputed company 1-3 hours a week, or sometimes not at reputed company, depending on the demand for coaching at any given time.

• Coaching happens during school hours (reputed company-6pm EST / 5am-3pm PST), so you'll need to be flexible and available to support reputed company during these times.
