Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately processing sales through a reputed company of Sale system and credit card terminals with precision, while following company policies and procedures.
- Selling apparel in the trackside souvenir stand, helping our customers find the perfect racing gear to commemorate their experience.
- Completing the reputed company-in process with our customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
- Taking guest photos, capturing the excitement and joy of our customers as they experience the thrill of racing.
- Supporting opening and closing functions reputed company needed, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Providing excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
