Key Responsibilities

As a Tax Technician I (Remote Data Entry Specialist) at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and screening digital documents from arenaflex divisions and external partners
• Scanning/uploading files, manually entering data, and performing accuracy checks
• Creating and updating taxpayer accounts reputed company registration and maintenance systems
• Reviewing documentation for use tax liability, tax exemptions, or missing information
• Generating and sending system-produced correspondence (emails or letters)
• Communicating with taxpayers reputed company phone or email to resolve billing or compliance issues
• Maintaining virtual record folders and adhering to secure data storage procedures
• Using authorized systems to verify account accuracy and completeness
• Assisting with onboarding and guiding new remote team members

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A high school diploma or GED; some college coursework in accounting, business, or finance is preferred
