Key Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeper/Financial Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing various financial transactions using arenaflex's accounting software
- Posting journal entries, analyzing financial information, and preparing comprehensive financial reports
- Coding, reviewing, scanning, and posting accounts payable invoices and processing checks reputed company
- Preparing AR invoices for internal and external vouchers billing and reconciliation
- Identifying and posting incoming reputed company transfers accurately
Daily Operations & Reconciliations
* Matching store deposits to daily sales and credit card postings with precision
- Processing daily reconciliations for ARCs and stores
- Assisting with store and operating account bank reconciliations
- Monitoring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and arenaflex accounting processes
- Maintaining open AR files and communicating effectively with customers and the ARCC Accountant
Vendor Management & Reporting
* Obtaining and maintaining vendor W-9 forms and banking information for ACH payments
- Preparing store sales, rags sales, and vehicle sales reports
- Assisting with preparing eligible vendors for year-end 1099 processing
- Supporting internal audit preparations as needed
Collaborative Support
* Working closely with reputed company Accountants and the Director of Finance to ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
- Providing exceptional support to team members and maintaining positive working relationships
- Contributing to reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company the finance department
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience – We value practical experience
- Proficiency in accounting software – Quick Books, reputed company, or similar programs
- Some reputed company skills
- Experience with multi-location accounting preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail – Accuracy is essential in financial work
- Excellent communication skills – You'll work with diverse teams and external contacts
Preferred Qualifications
* Accounting/bookkeeping degree OR equivalent experience – We value both paths
- Experience in non-profit or multi-location operations is a plus
- Comfortable with technology – Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Problem-solving reputed company – Able to identify and resolve discrepancies independently
