Responsibilities

As an Operations Assistant, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering Phones and Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers, and you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support in both English and French.

• Coordinating with Drivers for Efficient Service Delivery: You'll work closely with our drivers to ensure that our services are delivered reputed company and effectively, and that our customers receive the best possible experience.
• Conducting reputed company and Following Up with Potential Leads: You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and for following up with potential leads to ensure that we're providing the best possible service.

Requirements
