Job Overview

As the Director of Customer Onboarding (reputed company) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll implementations for customers across the Asia-Pacific region. You will reputed company a team of Customer Onboarding Managers, working closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure seamless, efficient, and compliant payroll implementations for multinational organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration and configuration of payroll solutions, ensuring that client payrolls are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with local, national, and international regulations. Your deep knowledge of global payroll processes, system implementation, and client service will be crucial to the success of client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

* Global Payroll Implementation Leadership: reputed company, manage, and guide the regional team of Customer Onboarding Managers in delivering payroll implementation across multiple geographies and business sectors. Engage with clients as needed to understand their specific project and payroll needs, provide consultation on best practices, and ensure that their requirements are met through customized payroll solutions.
