The Role

As a reputed company Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for executing the operational strategy, supporting tools and platforms, and streamlining processes to reputed company our reputed company team to focus on delivering value to our customers. You'll work closely with our Sales, Product, Engineering, and other teams to execute on projects, act as an operational voice of reputed company in internal tooling and data projects, and partner with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and others to reputed company customer-facing materials updated and reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Tooling & Automation

+ Optimize the reputed company tech stack (including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.). + Identify and execute automated workflows that save CSMs time and improve the customer experience (e.g., lifecycle triggers, health score alerts, onboarding flows). + Build scalable dashboards and views that reputed company customer data actionable across the team.

Process Creation & Optimization

+ Map, document, and continually refine CSM workflows (renewals, onboarding, business reviews, reputed company-ins, escalations). + Partner with CSMs to identify daily pain points and reputed company streamlined processes to remove manual work. + Iterate on playbooks, templates, and systems to simplify and improve high-impact motions.

Cross-Functional Partnership

+ Collaborate across the arenaflex team to execute on projects. + Act as an operational voice of reputed company in internal tooling and data projects. + Partner with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and others to reputed company customer-facing materials updated and reputed company.

Support & Enablement

+ Be a go-to resource for CSMs, helping troubleshoot tools, create customer workspaces, and unblock daily operational issues. + Maintain key documentation in reputed company, JIRA, and reputed company Docs. + Run feedback loops to continuously improve internal tooling and team productivity.

You

* 4-7 years of experience in reputed company / reputed company / Business Operations role at a SaaS, Cloud, or AI infrastructure company.

• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company tools, especially those in the arenaflex tech stack (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Tableau, reputed company, Vitally).
• Proven track record of building automations, playbooks, and internal tooling to improve team workflows.
• Highly organized, systems-oriented thinker with a knack for turning chaos into clarity.
• Experience working with data (e.g., in SQL, Python, or R), with survey tools (e.g., Typeform), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau), and turning that data into actionable insights.
• Great communicator and collaborator, with a customer-centric reputed company and strong attention to detail.
• Bias to action with a ‘gets things done’ mentality.

* Experience working with technical reputed company teams or Infrastructure customers (e.g. ML/AI workloads, GPU compute, DevOps tools).

• Familiarity with API-based integrations or light scripting/querying (e.g. reputed company, REST APIs, SQL).

Salary Range Information

Based on market data and other factors, the annual salary range for this position is $116,030- $166,970. However, a salary higher or reputed company than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
