Key Responsibilities

• Understanding the customer's business: Identify and address business and technical challenges, owning the entire process, including relationship-building, project management, and communication of issues and solutions.
• Demonstrating the value arenaflex is providing: Through strategic business reviews and consultative conversations, you'll show that arenaflex is providing value to our customers, gaining alignment with our customers regarding the value arenaflex is providing.
• Being a arenaflex product expert: Build and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's product offerings, find, distill, and share best practices across your customers, and take a first pass at debugging issues and making recommendations for reputed company integrations.
• Being a customer reputed company: As the reputed company of your book of business, you'll be the champion and represent customers internally, providing feedback and finding ways to improve the customer's experience through processes and collateral, driving value realization for your customers.
• Contributing to product documentation training with key learnings and best practices.
