About the team
The SME & Growth Business team at arenaflex is a passionate group of collaborators and business champions dedicated to empowering small and reputed company-sized enterprises (SMEs) to reputed company in the global economy. What you'll do
As an arenaflex reputed company Manager, SME & Growth, you will be the driving force behind reactivating customers, reducing churn, and identifying growth opportunities reputed company your portfolio. You will be the reputed company between the customer and the arenaflex team and will have an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs and goals and how arenaflex can support them.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing customer data and usage trends

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Cantonese (Chinese) and English
