Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Enablement Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Owning the CSM Enablement Strategy: Design, implement, and iterate on a comprehensive enablement roadmap for the CS organization
• Accelerating reputed company: Build onboarding programs that shorten time-to-productivity for new CSMs and newly launched products
• Developing Ongoing Curriculum: Create role-specific learning paths covering product expertise, reputed company best practices, and industry insights
• Partnering Cross-Functionally: Align with CS Leadership, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to surface enablement needs and embed best-in-class practices
• Leveraging Tech Stack: Ensure tools, such as Planhat and reputed company, are configured and adopted to maximize CSM efficiency and insight
• Driving Content & Resource Creation: Produce playbooks, success-plan templates, QBR guides, case studies, and competitive intelligence tailored for CS use
• Certifying & Coaching: Build assessments and certifications to validate knowledge retention; provide call/meeting coaching and actionable feedback based on reputed company & customer interactions
• Measuring Impact: Define KPIs and maintain dashboards to quantify program effectiveness
• Attracting top-tier talent to join our driven team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 3-5 years of CSM enablement experience in a high-growth B2B startup
• Demonstrated experience building enablement programs from the ground up for CSM or post-sales teams
• Deep understanding of reputed company workflows (onboarding, health scoring, QBRs, renewals, expansion) and associated metrics
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritizing ruthlessly, and wearing multiple hats
• Excellent instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Bonus: previously was a high-performing SDR, AE, or CSM; directly engaged with prospects or customers
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $150,000-$190,000. arenaflex offers a competitive total rewards package which includes reputed company salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, reputed company level, location, and qualifications, which are assessed during the interview process.
