About the Role

As a CSM, you will be the face and voice of arenaflex to our customers in the EMEA region. You will serve as the reputed company of those customer relationships internally at arenaflex, deeply understanding their needs, and thoughtfully helping business leaders find opportunities to expand value, our footprint, and depth of engagement. Your primary focus will be to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and help them derive maximum value from our products or services.

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Relationship Ownership: Serve as the face and voice of arenaflex to customers in your portfolio and as the "buck stops with you" reputed company of those customer relationships internally at arenaflex.

• Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with customers to reputed company a mutual value plan, analyze your portfolio, identify risks and opportunities, and prioritize for impact.
• Value Realization: Help customers realize the full value of the arenaflex platform, drive product adoption and ongoing usage, and promote customer satisfaction and advocacy.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven ability to consult with customers at reputed company levels of seniority to understand their business goals and to craft and deliver plans to exceed customer expectations for value.
• 3-5 years of consulting, services, reputed company, or account management experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentations) and the ability to synthesize and summarize reputed company problems for an executive audience both internally and externally.
• Strong collaboration skills to influence and reputed company alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
