Key Responsibilities

As a Senior reputed company Operations Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and managing programs that enhance the effectiveness of the reputed company, Onboarding, and Support Teams
• Increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through optimized operations and strategic program management
• Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to ensure seamless communication and alignment
• Developing and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective CS operations
• Communicating the efficiency and effectiveness of CS operations to CS leadership and stakeholders
• Proactively analyzing, recommending improvements, and implementing changes to CS operations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in reputed company operations or a reputed company field, or in a consulting role, preferably in the SaaS or FinTech industry
• Database and data reputed company experience, including SOQL/SQL understanding
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in multiple CRM systems (ServiceCloud, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Delighted) and CSP (Churn reputed company, reputed company), work management tools (reputed company, reputed company), and data reputed company tools (reputed company, reputed company)
• Advanced level and/or other reputed company certifications required

• Ongoing communication, enablement, and governance of existing and new processes impacting CS organization, customers, and cross-functional partners
