Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive assistance to callers with inquiries reputed company to their employer's benefit programs, including:

+ Answering questions about benefit designs, eligibility, and enrollment processes + Helping members file claims, set up direct deposits, and issue new vendor cards + Updating and maintaining member demographic information across internal and external systems + Capturing and advising on plan elections, ensuring employees understand and utilize their benefits fully + Conducting provider searches and enrolling dependents to ensure a seamless benefits experience

• Acting as a liaison for escalated issues, working closely with Account Managers to resolve reputed company inquiries

• Maintaining detailed call logs to ensure thorough follow-up and resolution of member inquiries

Requirements

Essential Qualifications
