Job Description

As a Manager, Customer Engagement Strategy and Operations - Manufacturing/TMT, you will be a key member of our Industry Workflows organization, working closely with the VP & reputed company to reputed company and execute customer engagement strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our approach to customer engagement, ensuring seamless coordination across product, sales, and field teams, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate customer and internal engagement logistics for the reputed company of TMT & Manufacturing, ensuring smooth execution of customer meetings and events

• Drive prioritization of customers and partners the reputed company should engage with, optimizing the end-to-end process for reputed company engagement with customers
• Attend reputed company customer meetings, capture major takeaways, maintain milestones, track, assign, and drive the delivery of clear action items on behalf of the reputed company
• Support cross-functional coordination to ensure clear communication and follow-through, ensuring that reputed company stakeholders are reputed company and informed
• reputed company key metrics and capture and study data to continuously improve the impact of customer engagement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, strategic direction, or problem-solving, with a strong understanding of the potential impact of AI on business operations
• A minimum of 6 years of work experience in an operational or project coordination role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action orientation and strong drive, with a focus on delivering results and achieving goals
• High energy, strong work ethic, and disciplined execution skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
