Job Summary
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule that suits your needs. Our Listening Center operates from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturdays, and closed Sundays, Mountain Time.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
- Determine the customer's concerns and schedule the necessary appointment, providing clear communication and updates throughout the process.
- Document and update customer records accurately and reputed company, maintaining a high level of data reputed company.

Qualifications

- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively, working smart to meet deadlines.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum age requirement of 18 years and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage, but not mandatory.
- Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa.
