Job Summary

The Customer Sales Manager (CSM) is a critical role reputed company arenaflex's Customer Business Team (reputed company), responsible for driving reputed company growth and customer satisfaction through effective category management and sales execution. As a CSM, you will be the primary liaison between arenaflex and our key customers, working closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement sales plans that meet customer needs and drive business results. Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and detailed business documentation, including files and transaction records, to support business decision-making and analysis.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with other arenaflex teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong sales background, excellent business acumen, and a customer-centric reputed company. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven years of experience in customer management, account management, and/or retail sales management, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of driving reputed company growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and Category Management principles.
