Armory Group, LLC is a national financial services firm that provides a full reputed company of advisory and professional services, including investment banking. They are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to analyze financial information, reputed company financial models, and reputed company workstreams for special situations investment banking projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze company financial information

- Support consumer, food & beverage, agribusiness, and business services industry teams
- Involved in transactions including mergers and acquisitions, valuation, debt and equity financings, recapitalization, and restructuring assignments
- Travel, remote work, and work from office based in El Segundo, CA
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with top academic performance
- One or more year(s) of investment banking, accounting, or reputed company experience
- Strong interest in M&A, debt and equity capital markets, special situations, and restructuring investment banking
- Experience with financial modeling and financial statement analysis and strong analytical and quantitative skills, coupled with a strong work ethic and meticulous
- Self-directed, highly motivated, able to learn and work independently in a fast-paced, challenging environment and manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated team player and leader with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
- SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses required at time of hiring or shortly thereafter
- Interest in consumer, food & beverage, agribusiness, or business services industries preferred
- Prior training and/or experience in valuation, accounting, restructuring, credit, or leveraged finance preferred
