[Remote] Remote Outbound Sales Representative

The Outbound Sales Representative will engage potential customers through automated phone calls, verify their eligibility, and transfer qualified leads to Inbound Sales Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Work in an automated phone system that makes telephone calls to potential customers who respond to various reputed company marketing and partner campaigns
• Engage with potential customers, verify each contact meets specified criteria, and transfer the qualified customer to an Inbound Sales Specialist
• Focused verbal communication
• Use pointed rebuttals to overcome objections
• Demonstrate reputed company
• Update call status in the phone system
• Maintain availability to engage with potential customers
• Adhere to company compliance and quality standards

Skills

• Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills required
• Must complete and pass a pre-employment drug/background reputed company
• Focused verbal communication
• Use pointed rebuttals to overcome objections
• Demonstrate reputed company
• Update call status in the phone system
• Maintain availability to engage with potential customers
• Adhere to company compliance and quality standards
• High-speed internet with min 50Mbps download/25Mbps upload speed and access to internet solely by ethernet cord
• Excellent communication skills

• Strong listening skills used to conduct needs analysis

• Sales experience preferred
• Over-the-phone call center experience preferred
